  • Split scripture slides so that there are only three lines max per slide.

Apply themes as needed

The default theme for the sermon import is a “3 line, with animation”. Once we’ve split the scriptures we’ll need to apply themes the the slides as needed for our formatting.

  • 3 Line Scriptures Slides: “Sermon 3 Line Anim”
Slides with two lines of scriptures should have the “3 Line” theme applied.

  • 2 Line Scriptures Slides: “Sermon 2 Line Anim”
Slides with two lines of scriptures should have the “2 Line” theme applied.

  • 1 Line Scriptures Slides: “Sermon 1 Line Short”

Slides with one like of scripture. Will use two line box height, but center and middle justify.

  • Multi slide scriptures: Remove animation on multi slide scriptures.
Only solo scriptures and the FIRST slide in a series of scriptures should have animations on the lower thirds.

    • Select the slides by command+clicking on slides (selected slides will highlight blue)

    • Right click, add theme (Sermon 3 line or 2 line No Anim)

  • Points

AUDIENCE LOOKS

Audience looks allow us to send two different formats or looks to the center and side screens.

Format slides

  • Bold, Italics, Underlines
Notes should have bold, italicized, and underline according to speaker notes.
USE REFLOW FOR EASIER SIMPLE EDITS

  • Red Text
When a slide has ALL red text, find a punctuation that you can turn either black or white so that the audience look will translate the red text and not be overwritten by the audience look theme.

points, definitions, non scripture slides

  • Points Theme
Sermon points will use either the “small or large” points theme

  • Points Audience Look
Macro for points is “Sermon Points”
