ASSET TRANSFER
Transfer assets/weekend drop to weekend folder
New Weekend Folder
Make new weekend folder ~TFH Media/Weekend/Year/Month/DateTransfer Assets
Transfer assets from the weekend drop sync folder to the newly created weekend folder from last step.
ie, ~Sync/Weekend Drop/Slides(or Videos) to ~TFH Media/Weekend/Year/Month/DateCheck PCO
Cross reference with PCO and make sure all weekend assets were in the weekend drop folder
**WE DO NOT DRAG DROP ASSETS FROM SYNC FOLDER DIRECTLY INTO PROPRESENTER**

Countdown Video
Add countdown video from ~TFH Media/Weekend/Series Asset Kits should you need to re import.Pre-Service Macro
Right Click > Add Action > Macro > Pre-Service (or you can drag drop from menu folder)Right Click, Media Behavior > “Foreground”
Set the behavior to the video as “foreground”GOTO Next Timer
Set go to next timer to .01, Right Click > goTo Next TimerCalendar (Auto fire)
Confirm countdown is auto firing so that service launches at 10:00 (Schedule should be set to 9:57)
Test Calendar
Worship
Load Current Weeks songs
Remove previous weeks songs, and load this weeks songsTheme
Make sure songs are formatted and have the current worship templateChoose BGs for songs.
**Choose from the “Current Vibes” folder**

Slides/Videos
Load all pertinent Slides/Videos from weekend folder into transition folder.Asset Kit Slides
Make sure there are “Welcome Home Slides” and “Ways To Give Slides”
Slides/Videos
-Slide interactions, scaling are going to be different if the slide was made as 3510x1080 (this is the aspect for the center screen) or smaller aspect ratio.
-Go to next should be added to ALL videos.Media Behavior : Foreground
Check that the media behavior is set to foreground.Scaling/Backgrounds
Checking the scaling is a MUST.GOTO Next Timer on videos
Set go to next timer to .01, Right Click > goTo Next Timer.
all videos should have a go to next timer straight into a welcome home slide
TEST
Review run sheet/sermon notes, verify all content is loaded into ProPresenter.
Test all slides and videos to ensure they work properly.
