QSYS

QSYS is the building DSP (digital system processor) that automates/controls AVL components around the building.

VIDEO

Projector Screen Up/Down: Raises and lowers the screen
Projector On/Off: Turns the porjector on and Off
Confidence On/Off: Powers the Confidence TV

LIGHTING

Walk-In: Houselights Up, Key Lighting Off
All Up: Houselights Up, Key Lighting On
Worship: Worship Preset
Live: Houselights Up (dimmer than all up), Key Lighting On
Video: House lights down, key light down, stage

AUDIO:

Lobby and Outside zones are controlled from here.

Program: This is the audio from the auditorium
Server: This is the mac mini in the rack room that use use for background music.

SWITCHER - ATEM PANEL

Inputs

CG1 - The input from the Mac Studio/ProPresenter
RESI - Resi is the brand name for the stream. We refer to this as the Resi Decoder
STG DISP - This is the the output for the Confidence Monitor
POV - POV or “Point of View”, this is the camera in the room
MEDIA PLAYER 1/MP1 - This the media player, we typically want to load in the TFH logo or Welcome Home

Campus TVs - This shows the what’s being changed on the auxiliary output

MACROS

We use macros to change the main outputs and changes auxiliary outputs for the lobby.

MACRO BUTTON - When this is highlighted it enables the use of macros.
START - Start of the day, sets the projector and the lobby to CG1
LIVE - This is for anything LIVE (Worship, announcements, live preaching. Sets the projector to CG1 and the campus TVs to POV Cam
STREAM - Sets the auditorium and the campus TVs to the Resi Decoder (Stream)

STREAM DECK

Stream deck is a device that we’ll use to help automate our workflows. We are currently using two multi-action buttons. Both “Elgato Stream Deck” and “Companion Apps” need to be opened on the Mac.
