  • FOH Racks
    Make sure ALL racks are turned on at FOH.
    These are the FURMAN power conditioners at the top of each rack.
    (THESE SHOULD ALWAYS STAY ON)

    • Login to QSYS
      PW: 4206

    • Lighting
      LOCK the lighting "Lock Door Stations" to prevent lighting door stations to be adjusted during service.
      Set a preset

    • Video
      -Screen Down (Lower Projector Screen)
      -Turn On Projector
      -Turn On Confidence
      -Turn On Campus TVs

    • Set Audio Level on QSYS
      Set QSYS to
      -Lobby/Outside: 0db
      -Server: -2db
      -Program: -30db

  • CG SYSTEMS
    -    Power on CG1 Mac
    -Login: PW: tfhmedia (english) :: tfhslavic (slavic)
    -Open ElgatoStream Deck
    -Open Companion
    -Open ProProsenter

  • Monitors
    Turn on all monitors at FOH.
    -Muliview
    -Resi Decoder

  • Blackmagic Switcher
    -    Power on switcher (reach behind back)
    -Enable Macro Button, test macros to make sure they work.
    -Make sure BKGD is selected

  • Spotify
    Set to correct playlist for this weekend.
    (Open up Calendar app to see which “week” playlist is for this weekend.)
    -    We play spotify from the Mac Mini in the rack room back stage

  • RESI
    -Turn on Resi Rack (Living As 1) unit
    -In events tab > load service > clear cache > play service
    -Check to make sure we are getting audio + video, make sure it’s playing correctly on the monitors and the audio meters are reflecting audio.
    **KEYBOARD FOR RESI IS NOW STORED IN RACK DRAWER**

  • POV CAM
    -Turn on POV Cam (plug in, push switch, turn on power strip)
    -Aim Camera for stage wide shot

CAMPUS AUDIO/VIDEO DISTRIBUTION

  • Turn on all screens
    If TVs are not working: use remote control [click power button 3x].
    If STILL no signal, unplug power cable for 10 seconds then use remote.

  • Turn on/unmute lobby and outside audio
    Check campus audio to make sure Muzak playlist is running.

  • Set Audio Level on QSYS
    Set QSYS to -12.

  • Confirm AUDIO is unmuted in the lobby AFTER SOUNDCHECK

Setup

  • CG1
    **FULL GG SETUP AT BOTTOM OF PAGE**

    • Countdown Autofire
      -Confirm countdown is auto firing so that countdown is firing three minutes before service start time.(Schedule should be set to 9:57)
      -Make sure there is a worship count down macro placed on the countdown video.

    • Assets
      -As a reminder, assets from weekend drop should be loaded into this weeks folder in TFH media.

    • Run Sheet Review
      Review run sheet/sermon notes, verify all content is loaded into ProPresenter and works properly.

    • Worship BGs
      Choose backgrounds that match the pace of the songs (fast song vs slow song pacing).

    • Lyrics Through Soundcheck
      Have CG op run through song lyrics and set arrangements during sound check.

Stream

VV stream auto starts at 700a.

  • Turn on Resi Decoder and login

  • Click the [Events] tab

  • Select todays event, press [select event].

  • Clear the local disk cache, select [clear].

  • Hit [play/triangle] button.

  • Bottom right corner, delay from live (min), select 2 minutes and hit [go to].

  • Confirm you are seeing and hearing video and audio on the stream using the Blackmagic Audio Monitor and through sound console fader.

  • Navigate to the [CUES] page.

PRE-SERVICE:

SERVICE

WORSHIP

  • Hit LIVE macro at the end of the countdown.

  • Walk lobby and make sure camera feed is going to all TV’s and adjust lobby volume.

  • Respond in Production GroupMe with stream cues.

(GoTo Next timer should always set during transition to go to Welcome Home slide for videos)

Stream Cues:

  • Wait: Wait is to tell the band and/or the person doing transition to keep playing and/or stall for time sake.

  • Ready: Ready is to tell the band and/or person transitioning that we are ready to stream, and we do not need to stall for time.

  • Dead: Dead cue is to tell band and Pastor that stream has gone down, and it is now live preaching.

**IF stream dies during service, restart RESI and reload stream. May be a chance we can get the stream back**

STREAM

  • Play stream and hit stream Macro. Once stream is playing, walk lobby to confirm content is going to TV’s and adjust lobby volume as needed.

  • Send Cues through group me for band and handoff cues.

  • Each cue is to be sent with a time until it happens.

  • Band cue times: 5 minutes, and 3 minutes.

  • Handoff Cue times: 5 minutes, 3 minutes, and 60 seconds for sound and lighting.

POST-SERVICE

MACRO

  • LIVE MACRO
    Hit LIVE macro to send camera feed back into lobby, and bring lights to [LIVE] ON THE QSYS

DISMISS

  • Start Macro on Switcher
    Once Pastor releases everyone, hit Start Macro,

  • Lights
    Set lighting to Walk-In

  • Lobby Audio
    Reset lobby volumes/music for those coming in for thr 11am.

END OF DAY

  • Log out of the Production profile on the Mac.

  • Turn off Resi decoder.

  • Put keyboard back in drawer.

If there is no Slavic service then do the following:

  • Turn off CG1

  • Turn off projector

  • Turn off left rack (for audio + switcher + stream)
    [Right rack always stays on]

  • Turn off Campus TVs

  • Turn off Lobby and Atrium audio

  • QSYS: unlock door stations

  • Power off QSYS
