PRE-SERVICE:

Power On

  • Turn on left rack(for audio + switcher + stream)
    [Right rack always stays on]

  • Log into QSYS Panel

CAMPUS AUDIO/VIDEO DISTRIBUTION

  • Turn on all screens (check lobby/green room/cry room to confirm they are on and operational
    if TVs are not working: use remote control[click power button 3x - if STILL no signal, unplug power cable for 10 seconds then use remote]

  • Turn on/unmute lobby and atrium audio

  • LOCK the lighting "Lock Door Stations" to prevent lighting door stations to be adjusted during service

  • Make sure production team has everything they need (resources/knowledge/support)

  • Confirm AUDIO is unmuted in the lobby AFTER SOUNDCHECK

BAPTISM

  • Setup baptism atrium equipment if necessary

  • CONFIRM that the Baptism camera is set up if there are Live Baptisms scheduled.

CG

  • Review run sheet/sermon notes, verify all content is loaded into ProPresenter and works properly

  • Choose backgrounds that match the pace of the songs (fast song vs slow song pacing)

  • Confirm countdown is auto firing so that service launches 5m after service (Schedule should be set to 8:32, 10:02, 11:32)

  • Run through song lyrics and set arrangements during sound check

  • As a reminder, assets from weekend drop should be loaded into this weeks folder in TFH media.

STREAM

VV stream auto starts at 700a.

  • Turn on Resi Decoder and login

  • Click the [Events] tab

  • Select todays event, press [select event]

  • Clear the local disk cache, select [clear]

  • Hit [play/triangle] button

  • Bottom right corner, delay from live (min), select 2 minutes and hit [go to]

  • Confirm you are seeing and hearing video and audio on the stream using the Blackmagic Audio Monitor

  • Navigate to the [CUES] page

  • Enable [MACRO] on the Blackmagic ATEM switcher

  • Confirm Campus TVs are being sent "WSHP"(button #2) for recording ["CG" for slides and videos, "WSHP" for anything seen on stage, "BAP" for live baptisms in the Atrium, and "STRM" for stream)

PRODUCTION TEAM RUN SHEET MEET

  • Meet with CG, and LD and go over weekend plan and slides with them

RECORDING

  • Check that there is space on the SD cards in the Blackmagic Hyperdeck recorderRecord services on Blackmagic Hyperdeck recorder, START when service countdown starts

  • END recording either at SALVATION CALL(for Live Preach) or Once STREAM IS RUNNING

  • Respond in EB Production GroupMe with stream cues

AUDIO

  • Support as needed

  • Have audio techs fade in sound for stream/videos FROM 0

MISC

  • Always coaching and supporting

  • Looking for excellence and executing the vision coming from Ps. Shane, worship director, & TFH culture

  • Pushing our team to think through our lens (how to make our roles excellent, exciting, and fun)

  • Using worship lights(on touch PAD) to help enhance the room/experience

SERVICE

WORSHIP

  • Hit Worship macro at the end of the countdown

  • Walk lobby and make sure camera feed is going to all TV’s and adjust lobby volume.

CUES

  • Cue LD and CG on backgrounds/videos during worship to help smooth over transitions.

  • Cue CG to put up background following video, unless we are in transition

(GoTo Next timer are always set during transition to go to Welcome Home slide for videos)

Stream Cues:

  • Wait: Wait is to tell the band and/or the person doing transition to keep playing and/or stall for time sake.

  • Ready: Ready is to tell the band and/or person transitioning that we are ready to stream, and we do not need to stall for time.

  • Dead: Dead cue is to tell band and Pastor Wil that stream has gone down, and it is now live preaching.

**IF stream dies during service, restart RESI and reload stream. May be a chance we can get the stream back**

STREAM

  • Play stream and hit stream Macro. Once stream is playing, walk lobby to confirm content is going to TV’s and adjust lobby volume as needed.

  • Send Cues through group me for band and handoff cues.

  • Each cue is to be sent with a time until it happens.

  • Band cue times: 5 minutes, and 3 minutes.

  • Handoff Cue times: 5 minutes, 3 minutes, and 60 seconds for sound and lighting.

POST-SERVICE

  • Hit Worship macro to send camera feed back into lobby, and cue LD to bring lights to altar levels.

  • Once Pastor releases everyone, hit Start Macro, have LD bring lights to walk in level, and reset lobby volumes/music for those coming in for thr 11am.

END OF DAY

  • Turn off baptism camera equipment

  • Turn off projector

  • Turn off left rack (for audio + switcher + stream)
    [Right rack always stays on]

  • Turn off Campus TVs

  • Turn off Lobby and Atrium audio

  • QSYS: unlock door stations

  • Power off QSYS
