START OF DAY CHECKLIST

ON ARRIVAL

NDI ACCESS APP

SEE IMAGES AS NEEDED

• Make Sure NDI Access is open
  This needs to be open so that ProPresenter system and Center Screen LED system communicates)

• Verify CG1 in Send Group
  Verify that CG1 Send Appears in “Send Groups” Tab.

PROPRESENTER

• Open ProPresenter

• Cross reference SERMON SLIDES in ProPresenter with SERMON NOTES.

• Check all sermon slides for proper AUDIENCE LOOKS.

• Check all slides (Transition/Pre-Service play lists) for proper AUDIENCE LOOKS.

• Test all VIDEOS, needs to be done with FOH

• Setup ARRANGEMENTS for worship songs in ProPresenter during sound check

• Make sure WIFI is not connected to any TFH networks, we use hardline connections.
  If we’re connected, make sure to disconnect from the network,

POST SOUND CHECK

• Start Pre-Roll
  One sound check is done, start pre-roll

SERVICE

WORSHIP

• Next Songs/Audience Look
  Click on first blank slide of every song to set audience look

• Advancing Slides
  Slides should be advanced second to the last word of every slide.

TRANSITION

• Stop Countdown Macro
  Once transition MC is on stage, click “stop countdown” macro so speakers do not see a red timer on the confidence.

• Lower Third Titles
  Once Cam1 is live on screen take lower thirds titles.

SERMON

ALTAR CALL

POST-SERVICE

• Pro-Roll
  Once Altar Call lets out, launch “Pre-Roll” Playlist

END OF DAY

• Clear Screens/F1
  Once team brief is done, clear screens/F1

• QUIT ProPresenter
  Quit ProPresenter with “Command + Q” or navigate towards the menu.

• Shut Down Both iMacs
  Click on the Apple Logo, Shut Down

• Clean Up

sermon scriptures

• Cross reference sermon slides in ProPresenter with sermon notes
  Formatting on notes should match slides. (Bold, U, I)

• Check all sermon slides for proper audience looks.
  To set audience looks, right click > Add Action > Audience Look

  • Blank Slides
    Blank slides should be blank for side screens and sermon title for center

  • Scriptures
    Scripture slides should have lower thirds for side screens and full screen with upper third lyrics for center

  • Full Screen Slides/Videos
    Slides/Videos: Default
    3510x1080 Ultrawide: Right click > Inspector > Scale To Fill
    Not Full Screen Slides: Right click > Inspector > Scale To Fit

    • Not 3510x1080 slides need to have a slide background
      Right click, edit slide, go to slide tab, enable background (see weekend setup)
