  • Cross check sermon slides in Pro6 with sermon notes
    formatting on Notes should match slides. (Bold, U, I)

  • Check all sermon slides for proper audience looks.
    To set audience looks, right click > Add Action > Audience Look

    • Blank Slides

      Blank slides should be blank for side screens and sermon title for center
      Blank Slides: Sermon Title

    • Scriptures

      Scripture slides should have lower thirds for side screens and full screen with upper third lyrics for center
      Scriptures: Sermon Scripture

    • Full Screen Slides

      Right click > Inspector > Scale To Fill
      Slides/Videos: Default

    • Videos

      Right click > Inspector > Scale To Fill
      Edit > Slide Tab > Black Background
      Slides/Videos: Default


PRE-SERVICE

  • Start Pre-Roll
    One sound check is done, start pre-roll

SERVICE

WORSHIP

  • Next Songs/Audience Look
    Click on first blank slide of every song to set audience look

  • Advancing Slides
    Slides should be advanced second to the last word of every slide.

TRANSITION

  • Stop Countdown Macro
    Once transition MC is on stage, click “stop countdown” macro so speakers do not see a red timer on the confidence.

  • Lower Third Titles
    Once Cam1 is live on screen take lower thirds titles.
