ASSET TRANSFER

• Transfer assets/weekend drop to weekend folder

  • New Weekend Folder
    Make new weekend folder ~TFH Media/Weekend/Year/Month/Date

  • Transfer Assets
    Transfer assets from the weekend drop sync folder to the newly created weekend folder from last step.
    ie, ~Sync/Weekend Drop/Slides(or Videos) to ~TFH Media/Weekend/Year/Month/Date

  • Check PCO
    Cross reference with PCO and make sure all weekend assets were in the weekend drop folder
    
    **WE DO NOT DRAG DROP ASSETS FROM SYNC FOLDER DIRECTLY INTO PROPRESENTER**

PreService

• Countdown Video
  Add countdown video from ~TFH Media/Weekend/Series Asset Kits should you need to re import.

  • Pre-Service Macro
    Right Click > Add Action > Macro > Preservice

  • Check Pre-Service Macro Timer
    Need to check macro time (normal time is 30m so that worship ends at X:27 after)
    Macro Tab > Right Click Preservice > Edit Actions > Timer1
    Timer 00:30:00

  • Right Click, Media Behavior > “Foreground”
    Set the behavior to the video as “foreground”

  • Audience Look : Default
    Right click > add action > audience look > Default

  • GOTO Next Timer
    Set go to next timer to .01, Right Click > goTo Next Timer

  • Calendar (Auto fire)
    Confirm countdown is auto firing so that service launches 5m after service
    Open Calendar and make sure countdown is enabled to auto fire at 8:32, 10:02, 11:42

Worship

• Load Current Weeks songs
  Remove previous weeks songs, and load this weeks songs

• Theme
  Make sure songs are formatted and have the current worship template

• Choose BGs for songs.
  **Work with LD on backgrounds for songs**

transition

• ProPresenter Setup

  • Slides/Videos
    Load all pertinent Slides/Videos from weekend folder into transition folder.

  • Asset Kit Slides
    Make sure there are “Welcome Home Slides” and “Ways To Give Slides”

• Slides/Videos
  -Slide interactions, scaling are going to be different if the slide was made as 3510x1080 (this is the aspect for the center screen) or smaller aspect ratio.
  -Go to next should be added to ALL videos.

  • Media Behavior : Foreground
    Check that the media behavior is set to foreground.

  • Scaling/Backgrounds
    Checking the scaling is a MUST.

    • 3510x1080/Full center widescreen
      Right Click > Inspector > Slider Tab > Scale to Fill
      NOT DOING THIS WILL LETTER BOX THE FULL WIDESCREEN GRAPHIC ON THE MAIN SCREEN SCREENS

    • Anything NOT FULL center widescreen
      This would be most videos (1920x1080 and 2.39), random pictures/slides.
      Right Click > Inspector > Slider Tab > Scale to Fit

  • GOTO Next Timer on videos
    Set go to next timer to .01, Right Click > goTo Next Timer.
    all videos should have a go to next timer straight into a welcome home slide

TEST

• Review run sheet/sermon notes, verify all content is loaded into ProPresenter.

• Test all slides and videos to ensure they work properly.
