ASSET DELIVERY

Any assets that are transferred between creative, film, and production should ONLY be transferred via The Cloud and Weekend Drop folders on Portal (portal.tfh.org) or through the NAS in finder.

The Cloud

This drop is for “NON-WEEKEND SERVICE” events.

(ie. Pursuit, Dream Team, SOI, LC Grad, Conferences, Funerals, etc)

When transferring files to us, drop all assets for these service types in an existing folder for the specific service type. if a folder does not exist for the specific event, create the folder

Weekend Drop

All things pertaining to WEEKEND SERVICES ONLY

Weekend drop is the utility that we use to drop weekend assets to ALL campuses

SERIES ASSET

ALL series asset kits, including countdown video belong in ~weekend drop/series asset kits


GRAPHIC/SLIDE CREATION

SLIDE

Graphic dimensions: 2693x1080

Slides can be created that will work for ALL TFH Campuses. All pertinent info info should be in the CENTER 1920x1080

QR Codes: should be located in the upper third of the slides. This is especially important was Vacaville and Napa campuses where band and speakers will stand IN FRONT of screen and block content (See picture below).
QR Code sizing should be around 300x300px for ease of scanning.

VIDEOS

CHEAT SHEET:

Normal Videos: 2693x1080
(Center only) Countdown videos, testimony videos, etc.

Full Raster: 3680x960
(Using totems) Creative videos, conference openers, lyric videos, etc.

NORMAL VIDEOS // COUNTDOWNS

ASPECT RATIO:
2693x1080
(Center only) Countdown videos, testimony videos, etc.

INTROS should not just be 1920x1080 center content, but should span the entirety of the canvas. See examples below.

CREATIVE VIDEOS // LYRIC VIDEOS

ASPECT RATIO:
3680x960
(Using totems/Full Raster) Creative videos, conference openers, lyric videos, etc.

AUDIO:

CH 1+2: Normal Video Audio (heard through the Main PA)
CH 3+4: Click & Guide (This is for Band IEM’s)

CODECS:

Normal Videos: h.264/h.265
Videos with multichannel audio: ProRes 422 (NOT HQ)
Videos with transparency: PhotoJpeg

TOTEM LOCATIONS

When working in premiere/photoshop, you can set vertical guides at the following pixels. (See second attached image)
320, 640, 3040, 3360


CREATIVE/VIDEO PRE TRANSFER QC CHECKLIST

GRAPHICS:

-Check Aspect Ratio: 2693x1080
-Asset Kits: Scroll through slides in finder with “space bar preview” to see if there are any blemishes and non uniformity between slides. (i.e. do items move)
-Centered/balanced: Is the content centered/balanced on the slide?
-Open slides in preview and critically look at slides to make sure content is correct.
-Make sure colors are accurate from slide to slide.
-Verify that the guides are not exported on the slide
-Verify that there is not one pixel line on any of the borders
-QC slides through “2 sets of eyes

VIDEOS:

-Check Aspect Ratio: 2693x1080 (or 3680x960)
-Preview videos in QuickTime.
-Scrub through to make sure that the transitions are correct on the front and end of the video.
-Inspect video to make sure proper codecs were used for export. (see above)
-Check Audio: Make sure channel assignments are correct. Run videos through ProPresenter to make sure audio assignments are correct
Normal Videos should have stereo audio on BOTH 1/2
Lyric Videos videos should have Click/Guide on BOTH 3/4
-QC video through “2 sets of eyes


INSPECT VIDEO/IMAGES TO CHECK ASPECT RATIO:

  • Open the Movie file (quicktime), Image (Preview)

  • Open Inspector - Hit COMMAND ⌘-I

  • The inspector window will show aspect ratio. Aspect should be 2693x1080.


SETUP PROPRESENTER TO TEST AUDIO

  • Download ProPresenter (you don't need a key as ProPres is fully functional)

  • Go to settings > Audio

  • Change channel count to 4

  • import Lyric video and play.

  • On the preview thumbnail, it shows the audio meters, Left side is 1/2, right is 3/4.

  • Make sure audio is coming through on 3/4 (right side)
